Hi, I just bought the theme and activated it but the header or anything on the homepage didn't changed.

I can see that your site’s front-page is not using the Homepage template as it is set to the Fluid-width template instead.

You need to be looking at the page set as the Front Page when trying to configure the homepage components through the Customizer – if you’re looking at a different page (such as a product), the option won’t show up.
