Footer cutting the content of the site

Hello there, I have just purchased the theme this morning (GMT +8), it was all fine until I enabled the shop by category, new releases in the home page, that's when the footer of the website start cutting the shop by category/new releases.

May I know how do I resolve this issue?

And I will need to refresh once or twice in order for the shop by category is not overlapping with my footer

Do you have any caching plugins installed? If so, have you tried disabling the extension to troubleshoot, and ensure you are not being served outdated theme files or broken script?
