Edit WooCommerce store notice with CSS

Hello,

I'm trying to edit the WooCommerce store notice with custom CSS, but without succes. As mentioned in a previous (closed) discussion:

"You can enable WooCommerce site-wide store notice text by selecting the checkbox on WooCommerce > Settings page, and edit your message to whatever content you wish. This message displays across the bottom of your site and can be styled with CSS to fit your shop."

I would like to know what CSS attributes to use to edit for example the colour and position of the store notice banner. I've tried several things by looking at the theme's documentation and support forum, but nothing seems to work.
